How can you know what travellers are really feeling about Singapore?
Well, it’s simple when you can read their minds!
Introducing a world-first idea created by Adhesive PR – the ‘Singapore Emotion Travel Guide’.
We partnered with neuroscientists from UNSW and Sydney University, using cutting-edge technology, to reveal what travellers were feeling as they holidayed in the city.
Five families wore EEG headsets as they discovered Singapore’s picturesque multicultural neighbourhoods, popular hawker food scene, serene ‘City in a Garden’ attractions and engaging theme parks.
The brain’s electrical activity was translated into common emotions – ‘fun’, ‘happiness’, ‘stress’, ‘interest’, ‘excitement’ and ‘relaxation’ – giving us objective real-time insights.
The result was a first-of-its-kind Singapore travel guide curated by emotions. An interactive Singapore map was created to help future travellers to plan their dream holiday based on their needs, ages and interests.
Adhesive’s 360 idea was supported by a media buy and influencer integration. Over 100 pieces of earned media were secured in Australia, with additional articles picked up as far and wide as the UK, Japan and the USA.
